Accuracy of information provided

 
We endeavour to ensure that all the information we provide through our website is as complete and accurate as the information we dispense through other media, and in person.  However, this is not always possible.  We strive to ensure that all of the information given on the website is clear and easy to understand.
 
However, we cannot always guarantee that information provided will be completely accurate. You should refer important enquiries directly to your concierge, whether by email, telephone conversation or in person.
 
Where misleading or inaccurate information is given, appropriate action is taken to rectify it as soon as the error comes to our attention.  This does not affect your statutory rights.
 
 
Confidentiality

 
As explicitly stated in the terms of contract, we take the issue of confidentiality very seriously.  We do not discuss or disclose any details pertaining to a client's membership nor how they choose to use it except with the named client and those parties named by them as direct associate members.  Where additional levels of confidence are required by a client, we are happy to discuss accommodating such requests.
 
We do not monitor how clients or other visitors use our website individually, but rather as a totality to help us to improve our services and the quality of our website.
