We do not monitor individual usage patterns; rather we monitor traffic to our website in its totality in order to help us to improve our service and the quality of our website.
 
Additionally, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998, we also store certain data about our clients on secure computer systems, though at no time is this - or any other data collected and/or stored by us - provided to other organisations or individuals without your explicit instruction to do so, or if obligated to do so under judicial warrant.
